Learning Takeaways & Skills Developed

  • Overall, I think my main key takeaways were learning the importance of proactiveness and self-motivation at work. Through my experience in the NDP project where events are fast-moving, it is really important for the working staff to plan ahead of time to be better prepared when unexpected situations come in the way.

  • Another important takeaway I had was to be self-motivated at work as it can help develop a drive and determination to complete various tasks throughout the day.
